Hello, I’m Lynda Peters. I’m an online and phone counsellor supporting people across the UK to make sense of life’s challenges and past experiences.

Are you here as you are feeling isolated or alone, trying to manage conflict, or facing a big decision and unsure which way to turn? Are you hoping to improve communication or understand how to create healthier boundaries? You may be feeling weighed down by stress, worry, or pressure linked to work, family, friendships, or relationships. Perhaps you’re living with grief or loss — including anticipatory grief — or trying to make sense of the impact of past experiences or trauma, whether from childhood or adulthood.

In our sessions, you’re given the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs in a calm, confidential, and supportive environment. You don’t need to perform, mask, explain yourself perfectly, or have the “right” words — you’re listened to and accepted exactly as you are.

Over time, you may begin to notice a growing sense of confidence, improved self-worth, and a clearer understanding of yourself. I support you to gently explore how past experiences, beliefs, or expectations placed on you by others may still be shaping how you feel and the choices you make today.

You may be holding a lot inside because it feels hard to share with the people around you. Or perhaps something in you is quietly saying that you’re ready — ready to be heard, understood, and supported.
