I understand - I have been there. I offer a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space where your thoughts and feelings can be explored safely, and where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. You may not have the words yet to explain how you think and feel, and that’s okay.  Working Together
I offer a free initial consultation where you can ask questions and explore your reasons for counselling. If you decide to go ahead, session costs are £50.00 for a 50-minute session. You can book directly with me after the consultation, or when the time is right for you.

As you continue sessions you can develop a deeper understanding and acceptance of yourself.This can create advances in personal growth, improving self-esteem, and self-worth, creating and developing healthier boundaries, and improving communication.
