Are you curious or considering counselling but are unsure where to start? Are you struggling to manage or maintain positive mental health and feel you are functioning instead of living ? Finding the right counsellor that meets your specific needs and requirements, can be a confusing and complex journey. You may not have the words yet to explain fully how you think and feel, and that’s okay.  To help you decide if counselling is for you, I offer a free initial consultation where you can ask questions and explore your reasons for counselling. 
 Working Together
If you then decide to start sessions, we can discuss your specific needs and requirements regarding session time and day. This can take place after the consultation, or in the future, when the time is right for you. Sessions are usually weekly, and are 50 minutes, at a cost of £50.00 
     How can I support you?
As your sessions continue, your situation can become clearer, and can bring a deeper understanding and awareness of yourself and others around you. It’s a personal space just for you, where you can voice your experiences openly and honestly, as your thoughts and feelings are listened to, seen and validated. This process can create advances in personal growth, such as improving self-esteem, and self-worth, creating and developing healthier boundaries, and improving communication.   
Your reasons for considering counselling are valid and real. You are not alone here.
