Client feedback I received from a national counselling platform.
Good morning
I would like to take this opportunity to offer you some feedback on my experience, I have received following my counselling with Lynda I felt listened to and this really does make a difference.
The last 24 months have been very difficult for me and I have experienced many issues that have impacted my mental and physical health.
During the 7 weeks of therapy she has helped me overcome some of the obstacles that were restricting me from moving forward. At times of despair processing my thoughts have been too difficult to deal with alone.
Please accept my sincere gratitude for how your service has helped me make a start to rebuild my life and that I will forever be grateful. I have had experience with counselling before and they have resulted in negative experiences.
Lynda has restored my faith with counselling that I had previously lost, thank you!!

That very first chat, i remember it well,
A nervous feeling, dry mouth, bright red cheeks as well.
It took me a while to lower my wall,
But your gentle approach put me at ease, wanting to share all.
Youv'e helped me discover a way to release
Im writing most days now, building some inner peace,
My communication with others now means so much more,
I dont feel the need now to just suddenly slam the door,
Im shutting down less but also finding strength to walk away
My confidence in me keeps growing stronger each day
Thank you for helping me, for guiding me through,
For adding so many colours to my black and white crew.
Your a part of my journey as you've helped me a lot
Now feels the right time to let you go and help others to loosen their tight inner knots
